4:15 – 4:30pm: Highway Department Update

4:30 – 5:15pm:
*Respond to R. Gero’s OML Complaint
*Discuss question presented by a resident about fining parties that do not get the proper special event permits
*Finalize & sign special town meeting warrant
*Approve 8/22/16 minutes
*Sign/review Treasurer and Accountant warrants
*Review mail

5:15 – 5:30pm: Finance Committee
*Special Town Meeting

Future Meeting:
*Fairview Rd
*Transfer station credit card setup – follow up with new Treasurer
*Review of special/theatrical event permit application and process
*Review audit management letter from FY12 audit
*Fire Chief: selling fan boat
*Continue discussion of results of town hall services survey

If, after warning from the presiding officer, a person persists in disorderly behavior, said officer may order him/her to withdraw from the meeting, and, if he/she does not withdraw, may order an officer.
